The warranty period varies depending on the product category. TV mounts come with a warranty of up to 3 years, while most ELG product lines include a 1-year warranty. Some monitor mount models have a warranty of up to 2 years, and office mouse pads have a 3-month warranty. Check the product information to confirm the specific warranty period.

The ELG website has a “Download Center[AD1.1]” section where you can find support content, product instructions, and software for the Gaming line.

Requesting ELG warranty service is simple. Just access the ELG support page [AD2.1]and fill in the required information for product analysis.
After submitting the request, our customer service team will reply by email with the necessary instructions for the warranty process.

The VESA standard is the distance between the mounting holes located on the back of a TV or monitor. This standard defines compatibility with wall, ceiling, floor stand, or desk mounts.
Measurements are represented in millimeters, such as 75x75 mm and 100x100 mm. To choose the ideal mount, simply check the VESA standard of the device and confirm compatibility with the ELG mount.

The ideal height is when the center of the TV is close to eye level, providing greater visual comfort. The recommended distance varies depending on the screen size, but, in general, the larger the TV, the greater the distance should be between the screen and the sofa. For 50" TVs, for example, it is ideal to maintain a distance of about 6.5 ft from the sofa.
